Chef Carlos Jimenez - Pelon's Food Truck
Chef Carlos Jimenez (aka Pelon) has been a Chef in the Phoenix area for 20 years. Originally from the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, he has a passion for creating delicious and creative dishes that tap into his Mexican roots and his vast culinary experience. He has worked for Iron Chef Jose Garces, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Troon Country Club and several other well known establishments. Over the past 5 years Chef Carlos has dedicated himself to growing his own culinary business, Pelon’s Food Truck. Pelon’s Food Truck was recently awarded 2nd place for Best Taco in Phoenix by AZ Republic and was the 2024 Taco Wars winner! He is excited to present his Mole Poblano, one of his favorite dishes to make!

Chef Andrew Renteria - Dahlia Tapas
Chef Andrew describes himself as "West Phoenix grown—Maryvale raised. So a little ghetto-refined, resourceful, raw & unfiltered." For him, flavor comes first-always. As the chef and co-owner of Dahlia, He tries to approach food as he would music or art—layers, true depth, and the smallest details that make it an unforgettable experience overall. It’s about pushing boundaries, surprising the palate, and making it a memorable bite.

Chef Jhomeny Ramos - Guadalupe on Main
Jhomeny Ramos has always been deeply inspired by the rich culinary tapestry of Guadalajara, Mexico. Given that his family roots originate from there, he has constantly been drawn to the vibrant flavors, traditions, and stories that are woven into every dish. From a young age, Jhomeny found comfort and inspiration in the kitchen, transforming traditional ingredients into culinary masterpieces. A lifelong love for his culture’s food and a dedication to excellence led him on a culinary journey to perfect his skills while also embracing the art of Mexican flavor. Now, Jhomeny brings this passion to The Guadalupe on Main where he strives to create not just dishes, but unforgettable experiences.

Andi Rosenstein - The Duce
Andi Rosenstein lives by the motto "Get Comfortable," which also defined her successful Fitigues Clothing brand. After selling her company in 2006, she opened The Duce in Phoenix's warehouse district. Here, she transformed a 1965 Airstream into a kitchen, serving comfort foods reminiscent of her Grandma Rose's Sunday dinners. Signature dishes include Chicken Pot Pie in mason jars, famous Mac & Cheese muffins, and Shepard's Pie in vintage glasses. In 2025, she'll expand with Sweet Lou’s Bakery, honoring her lab, Lou, with unique treats like S’mores cheesecake. Andi's culinary storytelling is all about making people feel at home.
