Jennifer Caraway - The Joy Bus
Chef and Food Network "Chopped" Champion Jennifer Caraway began her restaurant career at 14 as a dishwasher, opening her first restaurant at 26 and expanding her culinary ventures across the U.S. and Mexico. After losing her close friend Joy to ovarian cancer, Jennifer founded and now leads The Joy Bus, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing medically tailored meals to homebound cancer patients in the Phoenix area. In addition to her nonprofit work, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for the "Food is Medicine" movement and frequently speaks on topics such as sustainability, nonprofit leadership, volunteer management, and social enterprise.
Derek Christensen - Nordborg, Steadfast Diner, Wren Südhalle
Derek Christensen is a Phoenix-based chef known for his innovative approach to modern world and local cuisines. After earning recognition as the executive chef at Bacanora and creating the menu at Wren Südhalle, he now leads Nordborg, a pop-up at Sauvage Wine Bar, where he showcases bold, seasonal flavors inspired by Scandinavian traditions. Christensen, who recently won an episode of Chopped, is also the executive chef at the new Steadfast Diner, where he continues to showcase his creativity. With a passion for using local ingredients and crafting memorable dining experiences, he is a key figure in Phoenix’s vibrant food scene.
Angy Dykstra - Carcara
With more than 25 years in the culinary and hospitality industry, Chef Angy Dykstra brings an amplitude of experience, knowledge and skill to the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Her creative culinary vision is evidenced with each bite, as she reinvents simple, fresh ingredients into vibrant, modern dishes inspired by the Five C's of Arizona: Cattle, Copper, Climate, Cotton and Citrus. Her passion for crafting farm-to-table cuisine using locally sourced ingredients began back in her hometown Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. Her love of culinary would propel her to hone her skills and in 2010 she earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Phoenix.

Andi Rosenstein - The Duce
Andi Rosenstein lives by the motto "Get Comfortable," which also defined her successful Fitigues Clothing brand. After selling her company in 2006, she opened The Duce in Phoenix's warehouse district. Here, she transformed a 1965 Airstream into a kitchen, serving comfort foods reminiscent of her Grandma Rose's Sunday dinners. Signature dishes include Chicken Pot Pie in mason jars, famous Mac & Cheese muffins, and Shepard's Pie in vintage glasses. In 2025, she'll expand with Sweet Lou’s Bakery, honoring her lab, Lou, with unique treats like S’mores cheesecake. Andi's culinary storytelling is all about making people feel at home.
